Skills

Skill Map is created based on a candidate’s self-assessment of skills and professional qualities. Skills are placed in four areas (quadrants) of the chart:

• — Personal qualities and skills that contribute to interpersonal (i.e. boss-to-subordinate) match are shown in a first (top-right) quadrant.
• — Second (bottom-right) quadrant is for skills that show how well person will fit into an existing corporate structure.
• — One look at skills in a third quadrant will tell a story about person’s role in a team.
• — Fourth quadrant is reserved to narrow professional skills (i.e. C# or Ruby for a programmer, “3D animation” for a graphic designer, or “cultivation of solanaceous crops” for an agricultural worker.

Popups will show the description of assessment and user’s remarks.
